Forecast for Wednesday, December 12, 2018

A system moving through the Four Corners today may kick up a WNW breeze this afternoon, but mostly it has already pushed yesterday’s cloud cover off to the south and east. Behind the low, well, baby, it will be cold outside, or at least chilly (mmm chili). No freezing temperatures expected, but you may want to keep the debit or credit card handy in case you need to scrap some frost off your windshield the next couple of mornings. Another disturbance in the force could give us a slight chance for a shower or two Sunday and again Monday night. Stay tuned!

Sunny today with a high in the upper 60s. Mostly clear tonight upper 30s. Mid 60s tomorrow and mid 30s tomorrow night. Upper 60s Friday. Partly sunny upper 60s Saturday. 10% chance for a shower Sunday upper 60s. Mostly sunny Monday upper 60s. 10% chance Monday night low 40s. Mostly sunny Tuesday mid 60s. Enjoy!

Forecast for Tuesday, December 11, 2018

A system missing us to the south then another missing us to the north. Maybe enough of a hit from system number three for some rain and mountain snow by the weekend. The models are still arguing about that… However, the result will be cooler weather as we hustle and bustle through the week. High clouds today and tonight could mean sunrise and sunset enhancement. That’s always nice. Turning a bit cooler as a closed low moves through northern Sonora. Then more cool air as a trough moves through the Four Corners. Neither system with the courtesy to bring us rain. Hopefully we’ll fix that this weekend, but like I said, the computer models are still disagreeing. We’ll all just have to stay tuned!

Partly sunny today with a high in the low 70s. Partly cloudy tonight with a low in the low 40s. Mostly sunny tomorrow upper 60s. Mid 60s Thursday. Upper 60s Friday. Partly sunny upper 60s Saturday. Slight chance for showers upper 60s Sunday. Mostly sunny upper 60s Monday.
