I have good news and I have bad news. Some of the good news may actually be bad news. Usually you give the bad news first, but this will flow better if I start with the good news. It is cooling off! (some) Yesterday was 106. Our average high for this time of year is 100. We will be slowly sinking closer to average over the next few dayz! More good news to transition us into the bad news… There is a slight chance for an isolated storm or two tomorrow! (hopefully near you) However, that could also bring us dry lightning. You know. Like what sparked the Bighorn Fire. Pray that doesn’t happen. Otherwise not too bad for mid June. Monsoon officially starts tomorrow as well… Your Tucson Weather Forecast in 3… 2…

Sunny and not as hot today with (unfortunately) some breezes. SW winds 10-20 mph gusting over 25 with a high of 103. 105 yesterday was certainly hot, but well short of the record of 111 set in 1933. Yesterday’s low was 68. Exactly average! A little hotter today at 107. Not as cool tonight with a low in the low 70s. 104 tomorrow. 103 Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, AND Thursday. Be Cool. 😎

Patchy smoke remains in the forecast today and tonight as firefighters work to get a handle on the Bighorn Fire. Praying for success! Meanwhile we are turning up the heat. One quick note. Yesterday morning it got down to 53 degrees. Just 3 degrees warmer than the over 100 year old record! Pleasant indeed…

Girl your eyes have a mist from the smoke of a not so distant fire. Smoke filtered sunshine today. Sad. But low 90s this afternoon! That after a high yesterday of just 90 and starting the day in the upper 50s/low 60s. Great! Hopefully with a lot less wind today the Bighorn Fire can be knocked down. That would also be good news. Low 60s tonight with some smoke. Then we start to turn up the heat…
