Forecast for Sunday, April 12, 2020

Happy Easter upon you and yours! And a splendorous Sunday it is. Kind of a cool 😎 start this morning in the low to mid 40s, but this afternoon should be close to perfect depending on your sensibilities. Tons of Sun with a bit of a WNW breeze and a high in the mid 70s. Clear skies tonight with a low near 50ish.

Skirt alert tomorrow (who am I kidding. we are all at home in our sweat pants) with a system missing us to the north. It’s a rainectomy as rain chances have been removed from the forecast. The wind remains with west winds 15-20 mph gusting to 30 and a high in the upper 70s.

The winds calm down Tuesday and we keep the Sun with a high in the mid 70s. Near 80ish Wednesday. Mid 80s Thursday and Friday! Low 80s Saturday. Enjoy!

Forecast for Saturday, April 11, 2020

Let the games begin! We might have to wait another year for the Olympics, but perhaps some excitement this afternoon as our storm approacheth and actually moves through. Showers and storms likely this afternoon. Some of the storms may contain small hail! That’s fun. Breezy fo Sheezy too with WSW winds 10-20 mph gusting over 25. A well below average (81) high in the mid 60s. Lingering showers tonight with partly cloudy skies and a low in the mid 40s.

Easter Sunday looks fantastic with sunshine and a high in the mid 70s. Breezy fo Sheezy again Monday as a system grazes us to the north Monday night. West winds 15-20 gusting to 30 and a high in the upper 70s. A chance for showers Monday night and breezy with a low in the low 50s.

The rest of the week looks serene. Walkin’ on Sunshine and warming up! Upper 70s Tuesday. Low 80s Wednesday. Mid 80s Thursday and Friday. Enjoy!

Forecast for Friday, April 10, 2020

It’s Friiidaaay!!! Not that anyone knows what day it is anymore 🙂 I almost forgot it was Good Friday. Sunday’s comin’…

A storm is comin’ as well! It’s taking it’s sweet time. A cutoff low has been hangin’ out in San Diego enjoying the deserted beaches. It will finally be heading our way bringing showers and perhaps a thunderstorm by tomorrow. Only expecting a quarter inch or less of rain which is better than a swift kick. (don’t ask me how I know that) Snow levels above 6,500 feet with a few inches of snow possible for Ski Valley! Then it’s right back to sunshine and warmth Easter Sunday. If you are hiding eggs Sunday consider making sure they are at least 6 feet apart. You know. Social distancing and all that. Another system missing us to the north will give us a slight chance for showers Monday night. Then it’s sunshine and warmth the rest of the week. Detail details…

Mostly sunny and breezy today with WSW winds 10-15 mph and gusty and a high in the mid 70s. Mostly clear tonight upper 40s. Showers likely tomorrow and maybe a storm with WNW winds 5-15 mph and a high only in the mid 60s. Mostly sunny Monday mid 70s. Sunny Tuesday upper 70s. Low 80s Wednesday. Mid 80s Thursday! Enjoy.

Forecast for Wednesday, April 1, 2020

Mike Mike Mike Mike Mike. What day is it Mike? April Fool’s Day! I gotta admit. As goofy as I am I am terrible at April Fool’s pranks and what not. So here we go with the forecast with tricks not included. You know. Unless you count the usual margin of error forecasts are famous (notorious) for 🙂

Some clouds out there giving way to mostly sunshine today. A storm missing us well to the north will give us some gusty winds. Breezy fo Sheezy with WSW winds 10-20 mph ish and gusty. Today’s high a very warm mid 80s. (average for this time of year is 78) Clear tonight low 50s.

Breezier fo Sheezier tomorrow with W winds gusting to 30ish! Mid 80s again. Mid 80s Friday with much less wind. Splendiferous Weekend with mid 80s Saturday and low 80s Sunday.

Our next storm approacheth by mid next week. That is beyond the 7 day outlook so I won’t hazard a guess as to rain chances yet. (why not weatherman? don’t you pretty much hazard a guess most dayz?!) We’ll just have to stay tuned. We will be cooling off some with low 80s Monday and mid 70s Tuesday. Enjoy!
