Well that didn’t work out according to plan. We were pretty much skunked yesterday and I would call that forecast busted! Weather is an inexact science and it’s one reason why I like it so much. Still. When you are expecting storms and it doesn’t happen it can be frustrating. It happens. I mean, it happened! Let’s take another run at it today. High pressure in southern Nevada will slowly make its way to the Four Corners this week. That should keep us in a favorable spot for scattered afternoon and evening storms all week. Highs and lows slightly above the averages of 98 and 74.
Becoming mostly sunny today with a 20% chance for storms and a high near 101.
Mostly cloudy tonight with storms scattered about (hopefully near you!) and a low in the upper 70s.
20% chance for storms Tuesday and Tuesday night 101/78. 20%/20% Wednesday 103ish. 20%/30% Thursday 101. 20%/20% Friday 99. 20%/20% Saturday and Sunday 100.
