I have good news! Sorta. The National Weather Service has backed off from its forecast of 90 for Thanksgiving. However. 89 will still be the hottest Thanksgiving on record if it comes true. Yay us. Still refreshingly cool in the morning and I’m still not giving TEP any AC or heater $$. All good stuff. The hottest Thanksgivings on record are 1908 and 1998 when we hit 86. We should blow that out of the water. Tomorrows record of 87 should also go down in flames. Fridays record of of 86 is in serious jeopardy. Saturdays record of 86 will likely be bested as well. Oh wait, there’s more. Sundays record of 86 might be toast too. So. This Thanksgiving weekend will be historically hot and there’s nothing we can do about it except play and watch football and enjoy time with our family and friends. High pressure relaxes as we move into next week, but we’ll still be above average. Some high clouds around for possible sunrise and sunset enhancement!
Mostly sunny and a bit breezy today with east winds 10-20 mph gusting over 25 and a high in the mid 80s.
Mostly clear tonight with a low in the low 50s.
Mostly sunny tomorrow with a record high in the upper 80s. Upper 80s Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Mid 80s Monday. Upper 70s Tuesday.
