A few high clouds today and later this week otherwise lots of sunshine and warm. Our next chance of rain looks like perhaps early next week. Meanwhile, brutal wind chills for the upper Midwest and Lake Effect Snow for the Great Lakes as Arctic air spills south. Mike has more in this morning’s Coffee and a Forecast.

Here comes our cold front followed by the dramatic chill. Increasing clouds and wind today and even more wind with a chance of rain tonight as the front moves through. Maybe even some snow mixed in with the rain in the early morning hours. After that the story is the cold for the next 4 or 5 days with lows in the 20s and highs in the 40s. Monday could even see some light snow down to 2,500 feet! Mike outlines it all in this morning’s Coffee and a Forecast:
