Coffee and a Forecast for Tuesday, December 6, 2011

Mike explains what Graupel is which is timely since it fell on his deck yesterday.  Hard Freeze Warning this morning and early morning tomorrow too but a slow warming trend will continue through the weekend.  Another storm early next week?  Mike talks about that possibility and shows us snow and cold temperatures in Texas, New Mexico and Missouri in this morning’s Coffee and a Forecast.

COLD this morning.  Not much warmer this afternoon.  COLDER tomorrow morning.  A little warmer tomorrow afternoon, but still chilly.  COLD again Wednesday morning and a little warmer by afternoon.  The slow warming trend continues through the weekend.   Enjoy Winter in Tucson!

Coffee and a Forecast for Saturday, December 3, 2011

The second of three Winter Storms moving through this afternoon and tonight with valley rain and mountain snow showers.  Mt. Lemmon could pick up another 4-8″ of snow and by tomorrow morning the snow level could drop to near 4,000 feet.  Oracle may even pick up an inch of snow.  A third system moves through Monday with not much moisture, but even colder temperatures!  Mike has the details after the UStream commercial:
